If there is one thing I hate about Ateneo, it is its inconsideration to students who come from the provinces. Case in point: Christmas break. In the academic calendar released months ago, it stated that Christmas break starts on December 21. But voila! An e-mail containing a recent memorandum written by the lovely Vice President of Loyola Schools said that the break starts on December 22 (I checked ateneo.edu, and it indeed starts on December 22). F**k you Cuyegkeng! I already booked for my flight. To make matters worse, flights for December 22 (and possibly December 23 and 24) are fully booked (and how about the other people from the provinces who already booked their flights?!). What do you want me to do? Be stranded in Manila for Christmas? If I have the power to bomb your house, I'd truly bomb it!
Gahd! I'd just hope no long tests are scheduled on December 21 (Accounting, please don't be scheduled on that day). I will really have to cut on that day. I have no choice because of a late memorandum sent by an a*****e VP. If I could only wring her neck right now
hala... terrorist tendencies ni gel lumalabas na... di lang terrorist, assasin pa! :D hahaha! peace gel!! >:D< hug nlng. :)
ReplyDeletep****g i*a naman talaga siya eh! di niya pwede bastang-basta i-change yung schedule.
ReplyDeleteoh my god... this can't be happening

ReplyDeletea few weeks ago, it stated that Christmas break starts on December 21. when I checked it today, it now says the break starts on December 22.
X(
amen to that!
ReplyDeleteit felt so good saying that hahaha. certainly better than the feeling that i can't get home on the 21st
ReplyDelete"If I have the power to bomb your house, I'd truly bomb it!"
ReplyDeleteYeahhh! Go Gel! :p
cut. let's all cut that day. :)) organize a school wide cut. hahahahahaha!
ReplyDeleteoh well..:D at least, from what my ust friend told me, mas inconsiderate yung ust. they have their reg at the middle of the sembreak:D haha... cut na lang:D
ReplyDeleteI am declaring a free cut if ever there will be an extension. Haha.
ReplyDeleteI am leaving for Davao on Dec. 20 and that's that. Haha.
I guess I need to cut on December 21. I have no choice *sigh*. I'll just have to talk to my teachers, and take my long tests earlier (if they fall on the 21st).
ReplyDeleteManila-centricity sucks

ReplyDeletewe'll just have to deal with it! ako nga, im going home december 24 pa! hahaaha:D

ReplyDeletehala. scary.
ReplyDeletedili lang ateneo gel. ok lang na. i agree with you na wala silay pakialam sa mga non-manila pipol. ako gahope pa ko nga dili in-ana ang mahitabo this christmas break pareha sa nahitabo atong sembreak na naextend by 1 week ang classes! makauli lagi ka sa 21. C:
ReplyDeleteachut should be alarmed. pushing thru with our classes despite the gov't declaration of cancellation of classes due to elections and heavy rains, dress code, smocket.. and now, this one.. tsk tsk tsk..
ReplyDeleteshe makes me feel disillusioned and frustrated in the ateneo. how i hail the ateneo so dearly [before]!
thank God we follow a trimestral system. umm can't you take your tests (if they'll schedule them on the dates you mentioned) in advance?:) go home na oi! don't rebook your flight. hahaha.:))
ReplyDeletekaya mo yan. we still love you. hug.
ReplyDeleteGo Ateneo! One Big Fight! :)) Cut na! :D
ReplyDeletemao jud Lita! wa jud sila pakialam sa mga non-manila people. dayun kita ra biya ang ga-succeed in the end (tan-awa ra jud na silang Gokongwei, Aboitiz, etc.)!
ReplyDeletemo-uli jud ko sa 21 kay mag-cut ko ug classes ana na day
I think Achoot is the problem :))
ReplyDeletewow. how comforting. haha :P
ReplyDeleteyes! CUT na ako!
ReplyDeleteIf I do have tests on the 21st, I guess I'll have to take them in advance. I'll talk to my teachers about this matter anyway :)
ReplyDeleteAnd I won't rebook my flight :D My mom told me flights for the 22nd are fully booked. How much more for the 23rd and 24th, right? I'll definitely cut classes on the 21st.
be afraid, be very afraid! haha
ReplyDeleteif you heard us kanina sa hallway, that was us ranting about this very issue >.<
ReplyDeletesayang! wala ako sa dorm kanina. hehe
ReplyDeleteGo Ateneo! One Big Cut! :)) hahahah! XD
ReplyDeleteif it makes you feel any better, the second term of DLS-CSB ends on the 22nd. my brother's flight is on the 23rd. haha.:D
ReplyDeletei already am. hahaha. such inconsideration reigning, noh? annoying.
ReplyDeleteangeli, you do have the power. haha. xavierville lang naman siya. haha! @_@
ReplyDeleteI WAS BORN TO HATE ATENEO. BUT NOT MY BOYFRIEND WHO COMES FROM THERE :D
ReplyDeleteintense! :P good thing your boyfriend is there to bring balance :)
ReplyDeleteI don't have any loyalties. I cheer for no one during UAAP. hahaha
ah really? thats so impossible. why dont you cheer for DLSU?
ReplyDeleteI doubt I'll do that :)) though I pseudo-cheer for them just to piss off my roommates. I was never much of a Lasallian :D
ReplyDeletei miss school frustrations. hahaha
ReplyDeleteguts anj.. GUTS!!!! go home oi. your teachers might understand man...
