Why is it everytime I need to do something related to academics (like writing a paper), I always procrastinate by writing an entry in this blog? This week is papers galore week for me. I'm still not finished writing all the papers I need to pass. I'm already done with the personal/science essay and the prufrock essay because the deadline is today. I still need to edit my article for the En101 magazine (which the editors will butcher). By the way, I'm going to use the essay "A Modest Proposal for a Doomed Planet" for the magazine. However, with all the editing that's going to be done, I think my essay is going to lose the passion and the essence it had when I first wrote it. I need to start writing the two articles for the Fil magazine. And I really think that I should accomplish all of this before the weekend ends. Goodbye "Thank God It's Friday" mentality. No more weekends (that is, until the finals end). Nothing to do but work, work, work (which I am not doing right now because I'm procrastinating). Anyway, this is to be expected since the semester is ending soon. Teachers always pile up the workload during the end of the semester. Many students tend to do things on the last minute (in other words... cramming). However, all of this will be over in two weeks. Two weks! I cannot wait for this two weeks to end!
I got my first exemption for a final exam this semester! It's for Physics laboratory. I'm thankful for having OC and perfectionist groupmates (*cough* Flip *cough* Carol *cough*). Without them, our group would not get an A standing in lab. Speaking of exemptions, I am really hoping for an exemption in Math *crosses fingers*. I really hope to do well in the last long test. And I hope I got a nice grade in the 5th long test (which hasn't been returned). I want to get exempted!!!
Oh no... this entry is about to end. This means that I have to face MS Office! In life, everything has to end. There's nothing we can do about it. How can we reverse entropy? We can't. Wahhh! I don't understand what I'm writing about.
Gel! Sure ka namang exempted sa math e! :D Haha!
ReplyDeleteWeks bef. :P

ReplyDeletei committed a typo in the entry. it's supposed to be "two weeks!" instead of "two weks!" sorry na! i'm only human
one can never be too complacent. the race is not over until one crosses the finish line. that is, one can never be too sure of what will happen :(
ReplyDeletedon't worry too much about getting exempted....should be happy instead....people are failing in our class....fighting (or losing hope) to stay alive
